My Coaching

The you who arrives, the you who leaves, and the luminous space where transformation happens.

Strengths-based coaching for people who want more for themselves and are ready to do something about it. Most help looks at what’s wrong. We start with what’s right.

My coaching approach

Grounded in research, centered on you

My coaching draws on research about what helps people thrive and how real, lasting change happens. Here’s what that looks like when we work together.

1 · Start with what’s right

Build on your strengths

Instead of focusing on what’s wrong, we start with what you’re already good at and grow from there.

2 · Lead with hope

Picture where you want to go

Research suggests we’re more open to change when we start with our hopes, not our problems. So that’s where we begin.

3 · Take the next step

You lead, I walk alongside

You choose the direction. Together we turn it into small, real steps you’re ready to take.

What changes

What you can walk away with

Every journey is different, but clients often leave with:

Rachel and a client looking at a phone together at a cafe table Rachel talking with two women by a bright window

A language for your best qualities

The words to describe what you do best, and the confidence to use them in interviews, at work and in life.

A decision, made

That choice you’ve been weighing, talked through, thought through and decided, in a way that fits who you are.

A plan for what’s next

For your next semester, season, role or chapter, with steps you’re ready to take.

Habits that stick

Small, steady changes in how you think, work and show up, with support along the way.

Parents of teens: I coach teens ages 14 to 17 with a parent or guardian’s consent. Before we begin, we’ll meet together to talk about goals and how you’ll stay in the loop. What your teen shares in sessions stays private, except where safety is a concern, so they have room to grow.
